Boot camp Fitness is also a type of group fitness class. The differences between the two is Fit 1 Personalized Group Training program is more individualized and caters to each participants special health and fitness needs and goals. Whereas Boot Camp style fitness, you’re training with a group of 6 up to 15 participants designed to keep your heart rate pumping in intervals circuit training style. You can experience a mix of traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises. One day could be playing tug of war and relay games, the next it could be obstacle courses, martial arts, hiking, running, and the list goes on. Our clients never know what’s in store, which makes for a refreshing experience that is tremendously effective for one to jump start any fitness goals and become a “Fit 1 For Life.

The PLUS in the Fit 1 Boot Camp Plus Program

We just don’t give you a great work out and tell you to “eat right” and “see yah next time”. Along with your Boot Camp training, we designed a total online eating plan and wellness program at know extra cost!

Fit 1 Boot Camp program is specifically designed to meet the needs of inactive and active adults. Our training coach’s goal is to get you into shape by exposing you to our comprehensive fitness program. We are here to motivate and encourage you to do your best and to push yourself to that next level.

Boot Camp Plus Includes:

  • 3 Session a week

Fit 1 Boot Camp is an outdoor/indoor small group of (6 to 10 participants). You choose location and time. We include a supporting nutrition and wellness plan along with our efficient and challenging workouts and most of all, FUN!

What you can expect:

  • A small groups environment (6-10 people).
  • An open public outdoors space of your choosing, such as a park community center.
  • Orientation - Your first session should include, reviewing the class rules and safety guidelines and performing a basic fitness assessment if that hasn't been done.
  • Warm Up - Each session should start with a 10 minute warm up.
  • Workout - The 30-40 minute workout.
  • Lastly 10 minute cool down and stretch.
