Corporate fitness and wellness programs are an investment in your small business or company’s most valuable asset, your workers. Studies have shown that workers are more likely to be on the job and performing well when they are in optimal physical and psychological health. Employees are also more likely to be attracted to, remain with, and value an employer that appreciates them. Company fitness/wellness programs improves company productivity by:
- Attracting superior quality employees;
- Reducing absenteeism and time lost;
- Enhancing on-the-job performance and decision making; and
- Improving worker morale, resulting in lower turnover.
In addition to enhanced productivity, company fitness/wellness programs have been shown to be effective tools in slowing the growth of health care costs. Selecting healthier alternatives may reduce an employee’s chances of suffering from illness. Less illness means company’s can reduce medical plan utilization, thereby reducing medical benefit costs, and in turn increasing earnings. While medical cost savings from company fitness/wellness programs may be less evident than productivity gains, research shows that medically high-risk workers are medically high-cost workers as they use more medical care and generate higher claims costs.
Corporate Program Criteria
Corporate Program is based on the number of participants. Fit 1Fitness offers 10% off our regular program rates to small businesses/company and educational institutions. For large company’s, at less 8 employees has to participate in order for their company to receive discount. In smaller company’s, less then 8 the majority of their employees must participate to receive discount. Fit 1 Fitness training coaches are insured to train on company site, employee residents or neighborhoods parks and recreation centers.
Company Boot Camp
Fit 1 BC program is specifically designed to meet the needs of inactive and active adults. Our training coaches goal is to get you into shape by exposing you to our custimzed comprehensive fitness program. We are here to motivate and encourage you to do your best and to push yourself to that next level.
Our Boot Camp program is designed to encourage personal improvement and goal achievement in a supportive group setting. Participants are encouraged to compete only against themselves, but work with others for the very best results!
Fit 1 Boot Camp is an outdoor/indoor small group of (6 to 10 participants). You choose location and time. Exercises are a mix of traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. We include a supporting nutrition eating and wellness plan along with our efficient and challenging workouts and most of all, FUN!

Fit Group 36- 36 Training Session 3x weekly

You choose 4 no more then 5 Co-workers, to go on this 12wk 3 days wkly, transformation journey with you. You choose the place and set the time and our training coaches come to you. You'll enjoy the challenge and accountability of working as a team to reach your Fitness goals.
Company One on One Wellness
Fit 1 One on One 24- 24 session 2x weekly

Fit 1 One on One 36- 36 session 3x weekly
- $49.50 per session, $594 monthly, total 12wk program $ 1,782
Description:
Company One on One: Fit One on One, You have the privilege in working with your own personal Fitness Coach at home or a location of your choice at a time that fits your schedule. Your Training Coach will support, motivate and challenge you, 2 or 3 days wkly for 12wks in reaching your fitness goals.
